The Tri-State Community Orchestra and the Northview High School Show choir presents:
Concert of Dance at the Mural City Art Fest Enjoy an Morning of Dance tunes, with the Tri-State Community Orchestra. Come and enjoy the dance music, and the Northview High School Show choir who will join in the fun. Admission: Free The Wiregrass Youth Symphony Orchestra (WYSO) presents: Spring Concert selecions at the Mural City Art Fest Enjoy a concert by the WYSO in the street in front of Foster Street Park. Admission: Free The Wiregrass Youth Symphony Orchestra (WYSO) presents: Spring Concert Enjoy a concert by the Beginning Strings, Philharmonia, the WYSO Ensemble, and the Wiregrass Youth Symphony Orchestra. Admission is free. A reception will follow and is open to the public.

The Wiregrass Youth Symphony Orchestra and the Tri-State Community Orchestra will be the opening acts for Bill Oberst. The Wiregrass Youth Symphony Orchestra presents: Winter Concert Enjoy familiar Holiday tunes and a little more, with the Wiregrass Youth Symphony Orchestra. A reception will follow. Admission is free
The Dothan Chamber Orchestra presents: Music South's Tour and Tea for Symphony -The Dothan Chamber group will provide entertainment. Sunday, September 20, 2009 3:00 - 5:00 pm The recently formed Dothan Chamber orchestra is currently a quartet, but plans are made to add more string players followed by brass, woodwinds, and percussion in the future. Christy Garrett, veteren of the Montgomery Symphony Orchestra and Tri-State Community Orchestra Concertmaster is First Violin. Dr. Stephen Jones, Dothan area Anesthesiologist and Tri-State Community Orchestra member is second violin. Vince Richter, veteren of the Chipola Regional Symphony and the Troy Symphony, and Principle violist in the Tri-State Community Orchestra, is the Violist. Julia Martin, veteren of the Tuscaloosa Symphony and principle cellist of the Tri-State Community Orchestra, is the cellist. Two of our up and coming local youth will provide a String Duo to help with entertainment: Jesse and Jack Frank on violin and cello, so come on out and enjoy! |
